what about making my own with some steel sheet or copper?

i need a boiler quick and cant seem to find a keg, so i was thinking of other cheap alternatives such as the pressure cooker.

i was wondering to make a little still to just test small batches with (like 3L) i think they are 5L???
would a heinekin keg bought from the bottleshop provide a good boiler or is it made of cheap aluminum???
