It's the sugar that's giving you the sweet taste. I suspect your not fully fermenting or maby you should try inverting the sugar before fermentation. I'm no expert on sugar so don't take my advice as gospel, but I think if you invert it and use more grain you will have better results. It's still be...

Hey guys... I want to thank the pros here who freely share their hard earned knowledge with plebs like me. I think I have read a large portion of this forum and all of the parent site several times. I have stripped 5 generations of UJSM with my still in pot mode and finally saved up enough low wines...
