Sounds very nice..have written down your recipe for our next mango season..we have so many they end up in the tip..definetaly found new use for them.

Very happy just ran first wash since removing some marbles..got 41/2L of 92%...started around 95 finished at 90..very pure and no smells..ran at around 1100ml hour...no spurting at all..ran boiler with 1000w element..thanks to everyone for their advice.

I managed to remove qty marbles so the column is now packed to 300mm from top..look forward to seeing if makes a difference (in the flooding). Also, have been reading topics on forum..lots of mentions about cleaning scrubbers and inside of column..as mine is sealed and packed with marbles this is no...
