Best hard cider I ever drank my dad made using 1lb. of honey per gallon of cider on tap in an oak barrel in his cellar. He also made apple jack by allowing hard cider to freeze and drawing off the part that did not freeze.

Checked the local hardware store today and the price of type L 2" was $13.24US per foot. A well stocked hardware store maybe a better place to look than the large box stores.

Copper can be Tig welded to Stainless, takes a lot of heat mostly applied to the copper and use SS filler rods anyone who can weld sanitary SS tubing should be able to do this for you.
