run it i let one sit for 3 months with a towel over it sealed up but breathing and it still turned out good. But also i have prolly drank way worse when i first started out lol

oh and a liebig condenser is the way i like it also I have mine set up on a 12v bilge pump with a ball valve to control the flow and a 15 gal plastic barrel and about half way through a run add a bag of ice just to keep it cool. Thought it would be an easy way to do a run way out in the sticks

i love the thick sweet feed with extra molasses and some brown sugar with my sugar wash and some store bought yeast with some red star yeast and have had wonderful success but the sweet feed i buy is the rolled oats and corn not chopped. Sorry i aint been on in awhile fellas and smokehouse i miss ya...

i guess there is no government standard on rubber gaskets cuz we went to the local distiller round here and there was a fat rubber gasket so my guess is the government dont care what leaches out or even what the end porduct is lol sad that people dont care what their end product tastes like
