Here you can experiment to. Cut what ever you get, with distilled water, to 20%, 30% and 40%. You might like a lower ABV so play with it.

'Cept next time, Boil ya say 5 or 10 lbs of ground up corn from the feed store( make sure it does not have chemicals in it tho). Then sparge that and add that to the fermentor along with the rest. the wasy i see it:

run with packing for pure product that can me mixed or flavored.

run w/o packing for more flavor.

You gotta do it several times to learn it . Just do it.

Px, A design change is to put the therm 1/3 down from the top of where the packing is. Reason is: to be able to detect any temp changes prior to them casuing problems and react before prob occurs. I wld have mentioned this earlier but got here too late. It was built. Something to consider anyways. BR
