Ya got a point that I didn't think of.
So, it depends on the type of controller, it's settings and the thermal lag of the light bulb.
What percentage of the controllers used here with a light bulb load would visibly flash on and off.
I'm thinking it could be done, but it wouldn't be the norm.

Does this look right? The DSPR lights up so that's good. How do I test the variable power to the outlet? As yummy pointed out, You can plug in an "incandescent" light of the proper voltage. You get to see the light intensity vary while turning the knob. It will make you feel warm and fuzz...

So if I run a still low and slow on a mash and be very selective on my cuts....that it won't be very good compared to making alot of volume off of stripping runs and then doing a Spirit Run...the flavors would be better? Personally, I like to design everything so a brush and soapy water can clean inside everywhere possible.
Especially the areas that have been soldered or welded.
Not as the only cleaning but in addition to the normal sac run protocol.

1 pound sugar per gallon and nothing else. Pitch bakers and ferment @ 100'f

Getting for my cleaning and sacrificial runs. Do I need to do both a vinegar run and an alcohol run? I'll put on my Nomex panties. If the SS and copper has been properly scrubbed clean "everywhere" on the inside, the vinegar and sac run is at your discretion. Personally, I'd do both runs ...

No cigar smoker here.
Just zig-zag rolled tobacco cigarettes.
The tobacco blend is kinda like a Solera Aging Process.
The pouch never gets empty, and the blend constantly changes.

If I was going to use electronic control on my reflux column it would be based on boiler pressure.

I also wondered about the enzimes but then thought about stirring a pot on the gas stove top with my corn soup. The fire was much hotter than the steam and did not have issues then, so I gave it a go. At our level, the steam is not under pressure and hot as hot. I saw Pinto with a turkey fryer stir...

Start with 18 gallons in blue 55 gal hdpe add high temp enzimes and get it hot I've wondered if the localized heat from steam would denature some of the enzymes. Maybe it would be better to heat the water with steam then stir in the enzymes just before adding the grain. So, the enzymes are exposed ...
