Re: Variable Power Controller Wiring

Ya got a point that I didn't think of.
So, it depends on the type of controller, it's settings and the thermal lag of the light bulb.
What percentage of the controllers used here with a light bulb load would visibly flash on and off.
I'm thinking it could be done, but it wouldn't be the norm.

Does this look right? The DSPR lights up so that's good. How do I test the variable power to the outlet? As yummy pointed out, You can plug in an "incandescent" light of the proper voltage. You get to see the light intensity vary while turning the knob. It will make you feel warm and fuzz...

Maybe.
Sometimes libertarian things happen by accident.
A long while back, making wine and beer became legal at the federal level.
Next step is for Homedistillers to be able to distill the beer and wine we can legally make.

Personally, I like to design everything so a brush and soapy water can clean inside everywhere possible.
Especially the areas that have been soldered or welded.
Not as the only cleaning but in addition to the normal sac run protocol.

Sac wash recipe.
1 pound sugar per gallon and nothing else. Pitch bakers and ferment @ 100'f
In 48 hours or less the yeast will crash at the same time as the pH.

Getting for my cleaning and sacrificial runs. Do I need to do both a vinegar run and an alcohol run? I'll put on my Nomex panties. If the SS and copper has been properly scrubbed clean "everywhere" on the inside, the vinegar and sac run is at your discretion. Personally, I'd do both runs ...

If I was going to use electronic control on my reflux column it would be based on boiler pressure.
