Has anyone had luck getting a refund or a still? I ordered mine at the end of November and have been getting the run around ever since. I spoke with rob he tells me he'll have to check with his dad call between 4 and 5 and you will get a guy buy the name of Mike ( I think is his dad) he's just crazy...
