i would ask if it is legal to possess a WATER distillation apparatus... I would then find out the maximum legal size of said water distillation apparatus.

mine has a piece of stainless scrubber material in the 3/4 pipe.

but you would run faster if you are not knocking down half of the vapor (even if it isn't onto packing) ie 0 reflux. not 1:1. right?

could you just replace the condenser at the top of the column with a cap lock the valve open and have a pot still head?
