Hey Folks
Just a quick question how long will the wash last after fermentation it was draw off the grain a put into a carboy with a air lock. I know with my wine and beer it last a long time as long as the air lock is keep up?

Cracked or Chops
Got a question I hear folks talk about getting cracked corn at the local co-op or feed store is this the same cracked corn that we call chops. They just pointed me toward the chops when I mentioned cracked corn. If so it is much easier to get than flaked maize

Corn meal Vs's Flaked maize
I have been using flaked Maize in my straight corn recipe 8lb of it and I was told the other day that cornmeal could be used instead. have any of you folks used cormeal in place of cracked corn or flaked maize and if so would it still be only 8lb.
