thanks the gin basket sounds like a good option , the 42 feijoa is only flavoured with feijoa , the other flavours are different altogether produced by 42 below. cheers

very disappointing my good serbian friend has been quizing me on this as he has an abundant supply of mollasess from sugar beet for very little cost , was hoping to get a different answer but oh well , maybe it could be a better alternative for biofuel production ?

hey bandit what are the prices like for a 20 kg sack of cracked corn , or kibbled maize ? i pay around $17 for the corn and around the same for a 25 litre mollasses over here in aus , just currious as im an ex pat cheers $7.50 per 2l/3kg of Mollases at RD1, which is about as cheap as you get untill...

here is some reading,,to git you started ya I know more reading,but it looks like no oxygenating when poring it into the bottle and antioxidant .what this says it mite help to blanket the top with with inert gas.it appears that you need to take the same precautions you do with wine.the way it looks...

good point possibly the oxygen being released from the oak ? only one inch by inch stick about 9 inch long. could this be the reason ? cheers

hi guys just a few questions , im used to doing ujssm washes does the same procedures with loose fitting lids apply here or is an airlock a must ?

thanks Dunder might go for skin on my wife likes rose' on close inspection iv notices a bit of mould on some of the grapes , if i discard and wash them will the campden tabs kill any remaining spores , thanks

thought id ask in this thread , first g at malting barley , i soaked 10 kg in a 20 l bucket overnight about 8 hours then drained within a day or so i noticed chits coming from quite a few , i was worried id kill the barley so i stped soaking and drilled a few holes in the bottom of bucket , possibly...

yes i am starting again, 1st gen with no backset my first ujssm has been aging nearly 5 months on toasted oak sticks and already very nice drop .
