I was trying to find info on corn syrup on the main site under sugar can't find info
Looking for what I need to look for in a 5 gal pail of corn syrup and what kind of quality can be achieved from a good recipe. Thanks for any help

To do a wash using 4 bananas, and 1 lbs of sugar per gallon of water can I use malted barley for the enzyme. And if I wanted to get 15 to 20 gallons of useable wash how much water should I use. Ant help will be appreciated .

I collect about 1 quart every 30 min my metter was reading 12 the brown jars have a oil film on the surface I usually get 9 quarts this was only a 7 quart run this is only the 3 run with this set up or 5 if I count the 2 cleaning runs. Corn mash w sugar added backset 4th generation
I have used the same receipt for sometime now
Boiler temp was around 200 deg when the tint started at 205 it cleared up

When I toured JD I thought they said they barrel at 140 proof and adjusted proof after barrel before filtering.

U should go for it We usually have 40 acres of silage corn in or large plots but not very good stuff for this hobby I like adding a view rolls to our garden just so I can say I grew it processed it and drank it. If u have the space to grow your own white corn hickory cane is my favorite I'm going to plant 4 or six 150 ft rows this year last year I planted 1 row with 2 rows of yellow corn let it dry on the stalk picked and shelled yield 80lbs
