I am running pot still no thumper just 15 gal pot and a liebig. The wash is strawberry does have sugar in it put bout 13 pounds sugar in it

Okay let me refraze it on a 10 gal wash how much heads should I suspect a 1 liter or 2 liters

Guys I made a 10 gallon strawberry wash or brandy I did use sugar probably 13 pounds of it and distillers yeast. I was just wondering should i be suspecting alot of heads off this. I know fruit usally gives more head thinks for any opions

It's no problem I just am really trying to get the hang of cuts and I have been reading. But cuts r little difficult . I am just trying to get all my information straight so I can do better on next run. I really appreciate all the help .

Okay I read that that was good information . I also did do a burn test on a quart I kept this weekend it burned blue but had a very small yellow beard.would that mean I mad a pretty tight cut on that jar.

Just wondering if u have a 6gallon spirit run at 30 or 40% alc how much drinkable product do u guys get?

If I do a run on a wash slow and throw fore shots out and then keep rest and rerun it ass spirit run.do u also get heads and fores off the spirt run with it already being ran once

No didnt have to the jar I kept was dead on 100proof second jar was 70proof.yea I use 4gal carboys one of the 2 stalled on the ferment .no I didn't check the sg don't have one .

But every wash has different amounts right
