Freshly squeezed Apple cider, pasturized, I then added cinnamon sticks bit of orange peel, nutmeg, allspice, a smidgen if salt, about 2 cups brown sugar and maybe a pound and half white sugar. I hand pressed a bunch of apples to make cider and the liquid cake out a little pulpy. uses for spent corn from mash?
I feel so bad throughing out all that leftover corn when I make my whole corn mash. Is there anything I can make with this sugarless mash soaked whole corn feed?

80 proof, 40%. Not 80%. Superstart distillers yeast dady. 4 grams of yeast 4 grams diatillers yeast nutrient, 7ish lbs of sugar, 3 inches of a 5 gallon bucket of 12% sweetfeed from :? tractor supply co. I also have another recipe that is the same sugar same yeast but whole corn instead of sweet feed...

I did some calcs and the mash 2 days ago was about 6% judging by the amount I gotout of my 8gallon mash.vcurams wrote:I also did an 8 gallon run thru my pot still 2 days ago and got about a gallon of 80 proof white whiskey.
