I just purchased a 220 v heater element control from a fellow who calls himself Big Pa and his business RBS Controls. The unit is very well made, has an on/off switch, two digital gauges, one for voltage on for Amps, it also has a pot to control out out to the element. Not sure if it is against boar...

Has anyone tried reusing the yeast cake and wheat germ residuals in the fermenter by adding some more sugared water and some of the dunder left in the boiler? If so, how much of the dunder and sugar would you use for a 12 gallon batch?
