hi all i was thinking of buying my first tower from either mile hi or brewhaus ... i was wondering if anybody had an opinion on either company .... like who has better equiptment , customer etc.... thanx

I was reading this recipe ... not sure if im reading it right ..but do you ferment this wash with the grain inside the fermenting container ?

hi all im trying my first attempt at making a mash today using sweet feed and sugar and 5 gallons of distilled water... ive followed the recipe... im just not sure how much yeast to add ... i have red star active dry yeast just not sure how much of it to add .... any help would be appreciated ... th...

im thinking of bouilding a pot still. i noticed some guys use beer kegs for that..can u use anytype of beer keg ... or does it have to be stainless steel.. thx

Sorry prairiepiss i used wrong term. off the top of the pot ..I want to put a two inch copper tube...like a chimney ...then start running copper tubing from the side of that..Down to a worm......Thx for the help
