Can I freeze my wash?

I realize it may not actually freeze but can I try? I've been using the Sweet Feed formula and getting good results. However, I do not have time (or need for the quantity) to do multiple generations. So my choices are I do a new, from scratch, start each time, or I do i take the wash from gen 1 and ...

True, but guessing here.... if looking to attach to a stainless lid, I suspect it is at most a 4 - 5 gal pot. Do you really need anything larger than 1.5" ?

Has anyone tried mounting a sink drain upside down to a lid? Then use a female adapter to get to 'straight' copper? Seems like it would work but I'm sure I'm overlooking something....

I play hockey a few times a week so I have miles of hockey tape. Product gets a wrap around the jar then the sharpie.

Quick question for everyone: Can I freeze (or at least attempt) my wash? I don't have enough free time to do multiple generations. So my choices are do a first gen every time or do multiple in a row and freeze the wash. Obviously I would have nothing to set back...
