I have done several runs of UJSSM and i am just curious on how it is suppose to taste and smell. I know there are factors that cause taste and smell to change. But the few runs that i have made the smell and taste has been that close of that of tequila.

i have a gallon of 40 ABV low wines and a pot still that is 3 gallons, should a dilute my low wines to 20 ABV and do a spirit run or should i wait until a have a little more low wines and make a spirit run of 30 ABV.

I've searched all over the forums and the main page but havent been able to fine the answer so ill just ask. Question: I know the term low wines means "a low ABV level", but what proof or percentage actually mean it? and secondly, what is the best ABV to have when i do a spirit run. Thanks...
