I made some of this and LOVED it, all that tried did. But have a question, I let some set in garage for 3 weeks, and it looks like it separated and the top looked like slime, i shook it and seems ok, anybody had this happen ?

Thanks for all the great info HD. Thanks Samohon, I built this and made my own gasket, got 5 runs of UJSSM done and gonna start a Sweet Feed ferment tomorrow.

Dont add your product to your wash and run it.... take your product which at this point is low wines add about a tablespoon of baking soda per liter and let it set. Run enough stripping runs that give you enough low wines to charge your boiler. Dilute it down to 40% and run it nice and slow. Betwee...
