Thanks for posting. Excellent post JLP IV One of the retired mods has the exact same grinder. Seemed to be happy with it as well. I looked for his post but could find it. I have this same grinder and love it. Just make sure to let the motor spin up to full speed before feeding it grain or it may jam...

Hmm. Well, my mind works different and when faced with the same dilemma, I decided to instead get 2 barrels, and each a 32 gallon round bruts to put in them. That way I was fermenting in (2) 30 gallons, instead of (1) 55 gallon. But I also adjusted my process to only do vodka and rum in winter (les...

Shine on. If you were mashing in a 62 gal pickle barrel in the cold and using another barrel to run an aquarium heater to heat water to keep it warm what armrest your ideas to get a barrel or device big enough to set it in?

Bent I understand you have been very successful in your yeast harvest with this recipe. Would you care to mind giving the specifics you use. $8-$15 a pack gets pretty expensive when you have to but at least 3 packs

You have 2 heats and an agitation on your controller. Do u use all these? Are you 60 amps input or 2-30 amp connection? If the later does the fan come on with either or big?

If you get to much weeping you could always cut that glass down into 5-6 in pieces and put your plate in a chimney gasket. That would fix it
