i have a 60mm diameter column and it is about 6 foot long and even with out packing i can pull out of it 88% not a problem so the longer it is the higher % you will get but as for packing i only run about 5 foot of it in the column the column is 6 foot then the T and the condenser all up my monster ...

rice ferment took 11 weeks

it was the smoothest drink i have ever made but it also was the most work i have ever done on a singel ferment took over 12 hours to get all the rice cooked right to be fermented
