how many ml per gallon would yall suggest me throwing out on a corn ,sugar and malt recipie to get all of the foreshots out... i think this may be where im losing some of the flavors im looking for because im throwing all of the heads away... i use a stainless pot still and i tend to throw out about...

What are some good recipies for some corn likker that does not use yeast and only uses the natural yeasts from the corn?
