Ok, as long as it is suppose to smell bad then I guess Im good so far. Doesnt smell any where near as good as that Irish red thats going right next to it.

Fermenting on grain question
So I'm doing my first ferment on the grain. Pitched yeast last night, good hard fermentation going this morning. A lot of the grain has risen to the top and essentially created a cap. Should I stir this back in or leave it alone?
