Yeah I'm using SJEOOW 10/3 wire. I think I'll just change out the breaker to a 30A and call it good.

Making the jump from gas to electric and I have a very basic question. I will be running a 60A SSVR on 240v with a single 5500w element. My first attempt at a pure corn meal mash turned to mush. Not even sure I did it right as it’s my first attempt to ferment any type of grain.
