beer kegs can come in
13.21 US gallons = 50 liters or 11.00 Imperial gallons

15.5 US gallons = 58.674 liters or 12.7 Imperial gallons

My controller came today.I will post photo once I open it up
and do a few mods.--110V-15amp
The top of the box makes it look like there a router speed control
for 220V-15amp

Ok , So I order a real controller the total Cost with shipping $35.68 CAD from busybeetools.com. http://www.busybeetools.com/pictures/B1850.jpg I be adding second 1500W element for faster startup time on my new pot still now I'm thing of Insulation and maybe running the 2 -110-element thru a 220 box

My first time trying to do this, Pear-in-the-Bottle well this one didn't make it just 2 more left on the tree. Made some pear wine for pear eau de with store bought pear .It turn out very good. I now have big plans to fill the tree next year with Bottle. LOL . . . http://i35.tinypic.com/iyeqg5.jpg

The red made the best grappa I use the white for ageing with oak. The Grapes skins were Free after distilled I aged with French oak chip ...
