hi, i started my first fermentation using the gerber recipe as it appears originally for 6 gallons. however i made the mistake of throwing a random amount of lemon juice, probably about 2 tablespoons or so :/ the fermentation went on for close to 4 weeks :p it seems to have stopped...is it possible ...
