Its really hard to wrap all turbo yeasts all together guys. That would be like saying all cars are the same. Up date..... I distilled a flagon of corn spirit at 85% off 17 lts. Now for the interesting bit 1. I burnt down some Manuka, into charcoal and burnt chunks 2. I popped a sleeping pill and came up with this idea.

2 Pkts of instant coffee
5kg sugar
Good yeast

Desolve suger and coffee and make up 21 litres

add yeast and cap off with air lock

Turbo Super yeast 3

Any one had any experiences with it? I did my corn wash and the dummage was very sweet, so I put new boiled corn, boiled barley, enzyme, and the yeast in it. Its not sprinting, just a burst of CO2 every 20 seconds.

I make a tidy living cutting the stuff down for firewood, some people see it as a wonder plant, but as far as I'm concerned its a weed. I have a corn wash just about ready, so I'll do a flagon of manaka whisky.

Here's a idea for the kiwis.... Manuka whisky. Age some spirit in manaka wood chips for a month and see how it comes out.
