Yessir it's as clean as they come

No sir I had pieces laser cut and I rolled them and welded it all up. It's 18gauge SS and the 1 inch tubes are copper witch I welded in also

My newest, beatest thumper all SS and copper pipe. The rest is moving along pretty good should get to welding on it tomorrow. I'll put up more pictures ASAP

Running a conifer run no, running good and leak free. Yes I used flour paste, and I don't know if outlet tube is to small, it's 5/16 Id tubing into 1/4 copper worm- is this to small ? Would bigger be better ? I thought small still small worm

The 5 gallon mash and running it twice prairie piss

I've just started building an 8 gallon pot still will have pot thumper and worm barrel. Plan on making 5 gallon mash runs and double running it because it will be small. What do y'all think Im looking for some input here

I'm making an 8 quart pressure cooker still and wasn't going to make a thumper for it but I've read or heard somewhere that you could make a thump keg with a large mason jar for this small size still. My question is, I can make one but how safe is this Idea and would you use this idea ?

@ Prairiepiss Yea my cap is a little small also, so I thought about building another bigger cap and thumper for this pot and building a smaller pot half this ones size for the cap and thumper I have, like I said its my first and I'm learning a lot from this build, and y'all's ideas and suggestions.

It won't be in the woods I've got a pretty big shop and a couple of hideaway places indoors. I'm also building a Stand for it and the thumper to sit on with a cutout for the valve position and said stand will house my burners that I am also going to build. It's a little to shiny to put in the woods

The dump valve is 3/4 , 8 gal. Thumper. It's my first build so Im figuring out what to do differently on the next one. Thanks for the compliments, I've got a lot of time invested in her I'm hoping she does me good.ive got to do a lot more research be fore I build a reflux system

Almost forgot to add a dump valve, so now it's done. @ just sayin if I use copper tube for my cap arm will that be enough copper along with the copper tube in the thumper ? Ad yeah it's a little crowded in this hole in the wall shop lol thanks for the compliments on its looks

@acfixer69 I like your idea and I get the concept but I'm not understanding the actual( can't get the picture in my head ) of how to mount it and these controls your talking about, which is why I was going with gas on top of the prices of the elements I've seen for $100+
