I was thinking about doing just a simple sugar wash for a neutral spirit. So sugar, water, yeast.

I have always used turbo yeast for my sugar washes. I now want to improve on taste and have decided to use a champagne yeast. With turbo yeast I was able to follow the directions on the package in regards of how much sugar to use. I can't find any information on the amount of sugar to use for a 5 ga...

Has anybody ever tried to make a brew belt. I have made everything I use to distill and am pretty proud of that. After seeing they cost 20 or 30 a piece, I want to continue my trend. Hello all!

Hi everyone, my name is Scott O. I have been distilling for a year or so. I'vebeen very lucky with the pot still I constructed.
