Here's mine. The lid cost £13 delivered from Ali express, and I took the column from a previous pressure cooker set up.
On my 1st stripping run and it works very well.
Is there enough copper?or should I add some to the boiler?

Re: Cornflakes whiskey

I've made 3 batches of this so far, but I don't use kellogs any more. Smartprice cornflakes have almost Identical ingredients apart from there being less salt and have less of an orange colour, and at the moment they are .29p for 750g. I can now make 10 times as much for the same price :D

Re: Cornflakes whiskey

I'm just running my 1st batch of this so I don't know what it tastes like yet, but I used smartprice cornflakes from asda 0.46p for 750g. it took 2 weeks to ferment to 10.5%. No artificial colours or preservatives. :-)

Hi all

Hi everyone, newbie here. I've been homebrewing for a couple of years and made some good beers and wines, now looking to make my own spirits. I like whisky, any brand really, but especially the peaty/smokey islay malts. I've built my pot still out of a 19litre stock pot and am looking through all th...
