hopfully this is the right place,
i have been making sambucas lately (using the flavouring) and it tastes great only problem is,
its quite watery not the syrupy sambuca we all know and love any ideas how to get it syrupy/ thicker?

hey mate build my own still that will never happen lol have no idea where 2 start i just brought a turbo 500 today and done my 1st batch fermenting away.

hey hi everybody, new to the forum and a hombrew/distiller virgin just bout to purchase my first still a turbo 500 im from new zealand where it is legal to make any alcohol u want so moonshine will be on top of my list looking forward to chatting with you and getting some help and great ideas cheers...
