Re: First Post--Anyone using a BREWHA BIAC?

I was eyeing one of these when they first came out and may still get one in the future. I saw it at the AHA Conference in San Diego a few years back. You can easily use it to distill, just don't try and use your controller in auto for it. Your best bet would be to make your own condenser using SS tr...

One other thing, after adopting the design, query the membership for sizes, quantities and have them commit to purchase prior to making a run at the silk screeners. A few extra shirts laying around is one thing, but being out of pocket for dozens is quite another thing. There are many options cheap...

UJ, I am happy to help once I get back from deployment. I can print shirts as they are ordered via PM and send them to the members that want them. I have vinyl cutter, screen printing press, heat press, etc. at home. I will send you a PM shortly.

Re: Puking?

You got it plumbed backwards. It looks like your output is below the liquid level and your input is above it. Try swapping it around. Input to thumper should be below the liquid level and the output to your condenser should be above so you just get vapor. As long as your still was properly cleaned (...

Back at it again!

So I paused this hobby when I was stationed overseas in 2018 and I will be starting back up shortly. Come a long way since I started. I have a 26 gallon milk can boiler, a keg boiler with a 4" triclover on top, and a bunch of random odds and ends that I can run as either a SD Dash or Crystal Dragon,...

Snackson, did you ever finalize your tequila recipe? It worked out perfectly. I see you've been bumping every tequila thread there is? Lol. Mixed up to 1.064, added 1 tbsp tomato paste to each, and some oyster shells. That was the recipe. I haven't made any since, but it worked out perfectly. I got...
