My wash is a canned peach and sugar and do stilling in moths ago and only noticing it now . It's 38% abv and only ran once

I'm more of a rum person with a full rum collection I have started buying up whiskeys not so hopefully with age I can get somthing nice outa it

dan_buddy, my question for you is what do you think might make your spirits unsafe to drink...??? If the still was built with proper materials, was cleaned adequately, you wash wasn't unusual and fermented to dry, and you followed proper distillation protocols, there should be no reason to worry......
