What you mean with "Fennel Crowns" I have fennel in my backyard just at the stage of maturation and I'm confused. Is this on pic? During aging, the bottles are closed or have inlet air?

Welcome to HD! Pressure cookers aren't the preferred pot to use, but in your neck of the woods you may have to improvise some ..Just read up on safety and stay away from any synthetics! Thanks, I see. I have been on forum since couple months and I reading lot of topics. Here, slivovitz is ordinary drink. Basically, it is plum (plum is sliva on serbian) brandy (twice distilled). In the countryside, each second house have own orchard and still pot and unique recipe. We have varieties...
