When I froze that beer, it was aboutique 15 year ago. I do things a lot different now. I like fire I alot of ways. I have gone from making 5gl of wine to having a friend ask me for help with first 5gl of beer (over 30 years ago ) to 55gl of beer every week (lots of friends who like good beer ) to pl...

I did toast some oak, just once. I was thinking about doing that again. I was surprised at how much I need to get the favors I was looking for. Good luck let me know how it goes

New guy

I've been a homebrewer for 30+year and made wine before that. I have always wanted to separate the alcohol from the water. The first time I frozen beer I was making a logger and was ageing it an froze it. That's how it all started
