Thanks guys. And thanks to everyone on here who taught me some things.

I've done the cleaning and sacrifice run. It works better than I thought it would. Used a sugar wash for sacrifice run. Proofed it to just see how it did. 145 wasn't bad. It's a 15 gallon pot with 4 gallon thumper.

I am new to posting but have read for a while. Live in SE USA.
My rig - 5 Gallon pot I built and 8 gallon mile hi dual purpose.
Experience - been around it whole life but just started small batch distilling.
