Running an old mash
I pulled off the grain to let the mash settle and ran into a problem on the still. Now all fixed how long can I let it sit and still be good to run? It smells like hard alcohol does not smell sour at all.

I want to heat the still. I am tired of gas, I would like to just have it to know what the temp of the mash is. But have the controller for the heat.

Sorry if this has been asked, Mypin TA4-SNR+k
Ok, I have this That I want to wire this into my setup. I bought a Camco 4500w ULD heating element, a voltage regulator controller. I am not the best when it comes to electrical wiring, I can take a tractor apart and put it back together but this is kicking my but. http://www.theelectricbrewery.com/...

I blended #4-14 pt jars down to 90proof and put it in my barrel. Should be really good in a few months. Now when you run the 3rd gen do you add the full amount ...

Re: sweetfeed whisky
If this is in here Im sorry I cant find it. I siphoned off the grain but how do I get the liquid that is left in the grain? I did a 30 gal run and there is probably 5 gal or so in the SF. I know I am to just take a little off the top and replace it with new so do you just leave the liquid in and jus...
