Hi. Was wondering if anyone has ever used corn syrup instead of sugar in the mash? Someone gave me 4 gallon s of it. How much do you think for a10 gallon mash?

My mash has a brown foam on top. Its ready to run but I'm a little concerned. Never seen this b4. Tastes OK but need to be sure it is OK, Opinions please.

I have a question. I use turbo yeast grain and sugar in my mash. The other day I made a 16 gallon mash. 16 # of grain 20 # sugar and 12 TBL turbo yeast. Ran over like a broken washing machine. My question is did I use to much turbo yeast and how much is suggested for a 16 gallon mash?

I just have to figure how much turbo yeast to use with my grain and sugar mash. I did 20 # of sugar16 # of grain and12 tho turbo yeast maybe I used to much yeast any help would be appreciated
