Normally my recipe turns out to be a high ester nice rum, but I want to know if this method adds anything. Will post the review.

I'm trying this method with a heavy butyric acid muck and kveik hornindal, fermentation is in week 2, sugar is being added in doses to prevent an sg that is too high. Fermentation will end in 3-4 weeks. I know it's not the recipe but I want to know if it will work.

Started this today with 60 liters and a aquarium heater. Seems to work fine. The pinch and tablespoon, are they meant as real measurements as in 1 tbs or 1 pinch = x grammes?
Not a lot of DAP, but running smooth.
The double amount of yeast is only to shorten the duration I suppose?

There's a lot of vitamin B's on the aldi flakes. Cheap too. 5 days and still going nuts. Will give it a quick check on Sunday. There's a lot of trub. Hope to get 20L of wash when racking. We'll see.
