so i have a 60 gallon UJSSM on gen 2 that i has stalled at 1.020 i had this happen on the other barrel i have going and figure out it was because of PH lvl and temp it stalled at 1.010 so i ran it fixed the issue and the next gen is running great. so i figured i was going to end up with the same iss...

So I can't leave well enough alone I split the apple puree between 2 buckets added sugar and water now I have one at 1.084 and the other at 1.090. Why can't I just leave things alone.

So this isn't going like I wanted. I have 5 gallons of apple sauce. This stuff is thick I added the 2 liters of water per 10 kg of apples and this stuff still looks like apple paste. so the store where i could get pickling lime was closed i did put 2.5 cups of oyster shells in. can i still add the lime this morning she is already bubbling away

im going to run and get some crushed oyster shells. its a 50 gallon wash and wondering if 1 cup added to the wash will be enough to get it where i need it. and how long after i add it should i check it again

I knew when I added to much sugar it would take longer just didn't think it would be that long. I thought my ph should be between 2.0 And 5.4 And I thought higher fermenting temps w...

Sg now is 1.000 ph is 3.4 and temp is 73f and I have not adding anything for ph

Ok so in on my second generation of this and it's day 13 and she's still bubbling. I added a little to much sugar and started with a og of 1.082 but should it be taking this long?
