Thanks - we are not big drinkers but we make wine and beer and I thought that learning distilling will be a another good skill to add to my zombie apocalypse survival skillset.

Thanks. Is a standard 3/8 " ball valve enough to control cooling to the water jacket if I am trying to get some reflux going?
