Ok Finally finished! Crystal Malt placed into water brought to 150F, held for 50 min. Strained, placed on cookie sheet ( aluminum foil covered ), In oven heated to 180F for 1-1/2 hours. DAY #6,
Malt is really taking off, roots are long,
And shutes coming along!
We want our shutes 3/4 to full length of our original
Grain length!

I talked earlier about a DEPHLEGMATOR,
But obviously, did not clarify!
So I dug our my old drawings,
