Has anyone used a trim router with a straight bit and a hole cutting jig? I have used this method to cut recessed holes in speaker cabinets.

Establishing OG for red pomace is tricky since the gravity reading will be off due to the presence of alcohol in the pomace. Take a reading before sugar addition and then after to guide you in how much the gravity has increased. Or just leave out the sugar. Let me know how you go.

Yorg, are you starting with red grapes or white? In either case you start with pomace,which is the skins, seeds and pulp left over from the press. If red, the pomace is already fermented.
