How did you transition from your 2" copper column to the 2" ferrule at the keg ? That's where i am at presently. Trying to figure out how to fabricate that piece! I rolled it into to column using a ballpeen hammer and 4x4. I used a flat body hammer to clean it up. Soldered a ring of 10ga ...

Thanks Allmyexsliveinhell, I had found those threads and they are helpful. Like the layout on your still. One of the goals for this build is for everything to be modular. What I will probably end up doing is running 1" off the still to the thumper and then 1" out of the thumper. I'll just ...

First still. Did a couple cleaning / test stripping runs a few months back and everything seems to be functioning correctly. Need to finish up my closed loop cooling system and then hopefully start trying to make some corn wiskey in the near future.
