Has anyone else gained any more experience to share regarding these Still Spirits yeasts? I've recently used the Rum yeast and it threw a phenomenal amount of sulphur, I could smell it from outside of the fermentation fridge. I haven't distilled yet but I'm concerned that there is little chance of ...
