I use waxed paper under the lids of mason jars, especially when making schnapps ... When bottling for gifts or storage use bees wax

Still a novice

Hi from New Zealand. Been brewing sugar washes on and off over the years using the entry level copperhead reflux still. Been an avid guest reader of HD so high time I registered :)
