You could enter the data into a software or app to calculate everything automatically...they usually have a list of ingredients....enter a malt extract similar to yours.

Let me start by saying that I prefer a classic mash with malt...if I have to use that product I generally consider the OG as if I were using malt...not accurate I know but simple.

I also think it's the copper here...don't drink directly but as recommended distill again after filtering.
