I made a cassava flour wash with enzymes. Just a 2 gallon test batch to see if I like what it turns into. No idea what the product will taste like. Hopefully very neutral. I know of a distillery in Texas that makes a vodka with it. We will see.

I made a 1 gallon test wash with baking grade molasses with a SG of 1.089. I pitched it with Wyeast 3763 Roeselare Ale Blend at the recommended rate for beer wort.
