A couple lived near the ocean and used to walk the beach a lot. One summer they noticed a girl who was at the beach almost every day. She wasn't unusual, nor was the travel bag she carried, except for one thing; she would approach people who were sitting on the beach, glance around furtively, then s...

Please advise how to make simple paer gasket, what sort of paper should we use?

CAN ANYONE IN NEW ZEALAND HELP?

I have been trying to acquire a section of 1 - 2 metre 6mm o.d. copper tube (to build a pot still for experimental batches of different favours) for a while without luck. Been to air condition engineering and automotive supplies shops, they only sell whole roll in 15M, and also cost a lot. I have se...

Just found out that you can only own a still of less than 5L in Australia.

So don't be caught and end up distilling in cell.

5L seems to be too small for your family with 3 drinkers.

Keep sourcing for the 25L. Here in Auckland the 5L Reflux costs NZ$300/US$190 and the 25L Super Reflux just NZ$450/US$280. Not much difference in price but much higher capacity.

Good luck with your sourcing.

WARNING! AMAZING STILL CAN KILL.

I feel morally obliged to warn people who are using or planning to build a Amazing Still: it can electro-execute you. This is my personal experience. I assembled my first lethal weapon in May, 2005. I ordered from Gert Strand (Sweden) a heater (Eden 425 100W, made in Italy) and it was really easy an...

IT CAN KILL YOU

Don't use it unless you want to be killed by electricty you don't know when.

Please refer to my new posting AMAZING STILL CAN KILL (in writing).

To AfricaUnite: you may consider to use freeze-thaw method. It is so easy and convinient to result litres of 40% ABV overnight.

IS IT LEGAL IN U.S.A, U.K.,ETC.

Is it legal to distill/own a still in USA, UK..? I am planning a big OE (overseas experience), staying couple of months in different countries and then move on. Wondering if I should bring along with my portable still. I've heard that it is only legal in Austria, Italy and New Zealand to distill, bu...

Can you let me know how to acquire the "something that looked similar for a lot less money", and exactly what is it?

I am in a similar situation in finding a cheap alternative of the Easystill.

Thanks a lot!
